Meredith guides participants through the steps of clarifying their vision and supporting that vision with concrete and measurable action steps to achieve these goals. One aspect that differentiates her program from just goal setting is that she also works with participants on overcoming mental barriers that often prevent them from actually achieving what they set out to accomplish. This is done through a process of detaching from the old thoughts that often cause one to fall back into those habits that derail success.
