Make 2018 Your Year: 
Stop Procrastinating and Boost Productivity 

The Total Focus Workshop will be held in two sessions: December 2nd and 9th from 10:00am-1:00pm at the

Emmet O’Neal Library Board Room.

Seating is limited to 12.
The modules covered:
1. Self-Analysis (12/2)
2. Action Planning (12/2)
3. Mind Mastery/Procrastination Hacks (12/9)
4. Emotional Management for Avoiding Derailment (12/9)
5. Our 90-day Challenge to Change (Meet 3 times during 90-day  period for follow-up on goals)

Total Cost for all sessions is $300 and includes materials, light snacks, and a moving experience.

Accountability Program

Just need an exra set of eyes and ears to push you to the next level? Struggling to follow through on projects, goals, dreams?


This program is designed for the person who knows what they need to do and steps to take but have trouble on follow-through. If you benefit from external accountability and want an extra push, then this is for you.

With your coach, you will set 90-day goals, each with monthly and weekly targets. In your initial session, you will present the goals to the coach and we will ensure that they are measurable and acheivable. They will be entered into the dynamic app used by coach and coachee to track your progress. You will have a daily virtual check-in with your coach using the app. You will have a weekly 15-20 minutes phone/video conference check-in to discuss the past week and actions for the upcoming week. 


Package includes: 

  • (1) initial 30-minute goal setting session

  • 4 weekly 15-20 minute check-in/coaching session

  • Daily access to and feedback from coach via dynamic app to stay focused on goals, targets, and action steps

Personal Development Book Club

Love the book You Are a Badass?

Imagine going through the book with like-minded people also wanting to execute the ideas from this book. Facilitated by your coach, the book club will be held in 6 weekly sessions to help the participants apply the ideas presented in the book and let the rubber hit the road.
